We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Third-Party APIs: When you perform a search, your query (name, phone number, business name, or URL) is transmitted to third-party data providers to retrieve results. These providers process your query under their own privacy policies.
AI Analysis: Search queries and aggregated data are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service for analysis. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy policy and usage terms.
Payment Processing: Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Scam Reports: When you submit a scam report, the information you provide (name, phone, email, type, description) is stored in our database and may be displayed to other users who search for matching terms. Do not include your own personal information in scam reports.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Search Cache: Search results are cached for up to 30 days to improve performance and reduce API usage. Cached results are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and are automatically purged after the retention period.
Scam Reports: User-submitted scam reports are retained indefinitely as part of our scam database, unless a valid removal request is received (see Section 7).
Uploaded Images: Images uploaded for analysis are processed in real-time and are NOT permanently stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
Payment Records: Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
Account Data: If you request account deletion, we will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure hosting infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
