No Guarantee of Accuracy

(a) Public records may be outdated, incomplete, or contain errors from the original source;

(c) Community-submitted scam reports are user-generated content that has not been independently verified by ScamCatchers. Reports may be inaccurate, biased, or submitted in bad faith;

(d) Third-party data sources may experience outages, return incomplete data, or contain their own errors;

(e) Business registration, court record, and criminal database searches may not cover all jurisdictions or may have indexing delays;

(f) Phone carrier and owner data may be outdated if the number has been reassigned or ported.

A "SAFE" result does NOT guarantee legitimacy. A clean search result means only that no negative indicators were found in the specific databases we checked at the time of your search. It does not rule out the possibility of fraud. Always exercise your own judgment.

A "HIGH RISK" or "SUSPICIOUS" result does NOT prove guilt. A negative result means that concerning indicators were found, but it does not constitute proof of fraud, criminal activity, or wrongdoing. Individuals and businesses flagged by our system may be entirely legitimate.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLENYA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SCAMCATCHERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DECISIONS MADE BASED ON SEARCH RESULTS, ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST INDIVIDUALS OR BUSINESSES BASED ON SEARCH RESULTS, FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI VERDICTS, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS CAUSED BY SEARCH RESULTS.

Dispute Resolution for Data Subjects

If you are the subject of information displayed on ScamCatchers and believe that information is inaccurate, outdated, or defamatory, you may submit a dispute to legal@scamcatchers.com. Please include:

(d) A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your dispute is accurate.

We will review disputes within 30 business days and take appropriate action, which may include removing or correcting the disputed information.
